Do you have a covid policy

I require mandatory testing for all clients that request on-site declutter & organizing services. This protocol will be in effect if the 7% positivity average rate is above 5%. On the day of your service, please be prepared to present your COVID test results.

Testing must have been done no more than 48 hours prior to your session. Testing continues to be free for residents of LA County. I am tested every week for my safety and yours. Please use this link to find a testing site near you: https://covid19.lacounty.gov/testing/

This procedure is not to inconvenience you, but rather to protect our safety. If you are unable to be tested before your scheduled session (or are feeling ill or tested positive), there will be no penalty for canceling/rescheduling for this reason.

I appreciate your business and understanding of my need to be safe for me & my family as I come in contact with the public in enclosed spaces & touching the same items.

UPDATE: While pandemic numbers in LA are low, COVID waiver and health questions are included in all on-site working agreements. All clients are expected to wear masks indoors unless proof of vaccination is presented.


What is a NAPO Professional Organizer?

A NAPO Professional Organizer is someone that helps you to overcome clutter and disorganization to make your life less stressful and your time more efficient based on the Code of Ethics set forth by the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (which I have been a member since 2014).  I am also the President of the local Los Angeles Chapter (NAPO-LA)

Is your home perfectly organized all of the time?

Nope!  Perfection is something that is not my goal.  I strive for efficiency in the way my home operates and flows.  My biggest goal is creating systems that the four other people that live with me can maintain (on their own).  I have zero desire to nag them about maintaining the home nor do I want to do it all myself.  I have retired my super woman cape & I have adopted the “Done is Better than Perfect” motto!


Which areas do you service?

I will tackle anything from your children’s playroom to your kitchen pantry.  Almost all areas of your home, office, and vehicles are covered.  You can see a full listing of areas and rooms serviced on the Services page.


Will you work with me or just coach me?

It’s entirely up to you but I prefer to actively work with my clients.  The transference of skills is just as important as the work.  If you don’t want to touch a thing, you don’t have to but your input is essential.  Your preferred method of choice will be discussed and a game plan agreed upon.


How do I get started?

Simply contact me here and tell me what needs to be addressed (what rooms/areas you’d like organized) and any other details you’d like to include.  I will then get back with you and we can set up a time for our initial call.


What takes place during the initial call?

We discuss what problems you have with the space(s), what you would like to see change, and what is currently working for you.  You have the ability to ask any questions and I will give you the list of options to work with me.


Will you be flexible and able to work around my schedule?

I’m here to work with you and your schedule but I am off on Sundays & Tuesdays.


Will my sessions be confidential?

Absolutely! All meeting, conversations, and questions are between you and I, and no one else. To see other guidelines I stand by, please read the bottom section of my About page.


What if I only need you for a few hours?

That is totally ok!  There is a minimum of 2 hours for each session (depending on zip code).


What payments are accepted?

I accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, PayPal & Chase QuickPay.

Discounts available:  Senior 60+, Teachers, Military, College Students, and essential workers (please inquire during assessment)

Flexible Payment Plans are also available (please inquire during assessment)
